"I decided to work with Chris when the former agent did nothing for 3 months to get my property sold. Chris was the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. He did a thorough analysis to determine the appropriate value to set on my home. He came in and took great pictures and created an online video with music. My wife and I purchased our first home and had no idea what we were getting into. Chris was there every step of the way providing is advice and opinions while letting my wife and I stay in control. He was there for each inspection and walk through, asking the questions that a first time buyer wouldn't even think of asking.
His house hunting portal was a nice way to interact with Chris, giving us a chance to rate homes we liked or didn't like, allowing Chris to adapt the list to our wants and needs. He made every effort to sync up with our crazy schedule and to make our time count.
During the closing process, Chris left for vacation but still responded to our emails, questions and issues as if he was still here. We also had an issue with termites, the VA and the bank. Chris coordinated with everyone involved and had the issue worked out with minimal actions on our part. In the end he was able to get us a lower price than our original offer, saving us about 2.5% on the total cost of the home.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working two other members of Chris's team, Shannan and Elizabeth, and I can honestly say that everyone on his team is an extremely knowledgeable and professional. All three of them know when to stay aggressive to fight for what you want and when to step back to let the situation play out in your favor.
His moving day survival kit was a life saver. I won't give out any details, but you'll know how genuine of a guy Chris really is when he brings it by.
