Chris Pendleton and Shannan Marty

Chris was originally licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Realtor) in Arizona in 1986 and re-licensed in 2009. He has been a real estate investor (commercial and residential) ever since he bought my first home more than a couple of decades ago. Now an Associate Broker with Tierra Antigua holds designations such as Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Short Sale Negotiator, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Short Sale Professional, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Accredited Buyer's Representative among others.

Real Estate is Chris's second career. Chris spent over 28 years in the fire service and retired as the Fire Chief of Rural/Metro Fire Department. Chris still holds an Arizona Paramedic Certification and prestigious designations such as Chief Fire Officer Designee. This experience has given Chris an extensive knowledge of the community and neighborhoods as well as tremendous experience at negotiation of contracts.

Shannan Marty -  Buyer and Sales Specialist

Shannan is a lifelong resident of Arizona and a 30+ resident of Tucson.  She received both her Bachelor's degree and a law degree from the University of Arizona.  Prior to becoming a licensed  real estate agent she was a founder and CEO of a Tucson based company that did environmental testing.  The company was selected as an Inc 500 Company and received the Copper Cactus Award for Best Place to Work in Pima County.  She sold the company in 2002 and began a career in real estate investment.  She was "flipping houses" before there were television shows about it!

Shannan has always been very active in the local community, serving on Boards of Directors of a number of start-up companies as well as local non-profits.  In 2011 she received a Tucson Woman of Influence award.  Shannan knows first hand what makes the Tucson area so outstanding and is quick to share that knowledge.

Ana Holcomb is the teams Transaction Manager and also works as a buyer’s agent. Ana has years of experience and has been a Realtor with Tierra Antigua Realty since 2006. She specializes in first-time homebuyers and is experience in all areas of Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley and Vail. She is fluent in Spanish.

Ana loves the Tucson mountains,  breath taking sunsets, and the cultural diversity that Tucson has to offer.
